For a third consecutive year our district is being honoured with a 2019 Gallup Great Workplace Award and joins a prestigious group of organizations globally. Gallup studies workplace cultures around the world. Their research demonstrates that engaged employees naturally find ways to excel and are genuinely passionate about their work. They consistently generate creativity, innovation and growth, paving the path to excellence.
On receiving this award, David Keohane, Superintendent commented, "Our intentional focus on employee engagement contributes to student success and it is not coincidental that the District ranks in the province, as one of the best!
