Board Meetings

The public portion of each REGULAR meeting begins at 3:30 p.m (a different time will be indicated next to the date). Usually, meetings are held in the Division Services Centre boardroom (6 St. Vital Avenue), unless otherwise posted. Agendas will be posted the Friday prior to each scheduled meeting. The minutes of any given Regular meeting will be posted following Board approval.

Committee of the Whole meetings are designed for Trustee Development and Committee Report discussion and are OPEN to the Public. These meetings begin at 6:30 p.m and will be held in the Division Services Centre boardroom, unless otherwise posted.  At times, some meetings will be hosted virtually. When joining the virtual meeting, please ensure that your camera and microphone remain turned off. Agendas will be posted on the Friday prior to each scheduled meeting. Summaries of the Committee Meeting will be posted following approval (at the next Regular meeting).
