Take care of yourself and each other
On June 3, 2021, our Division will participate in Mental Wellness Day for Schools. Our faith and learning community will have access to free, online sessions on mental wellness, courtesy of Alberta Education.
Individual sessions will be offered to students in Kindergarten to Grade 3, in Grades 4 to 6, and in Grades 7 to 12, and there will also be sessions offered to parents/legal guardians, teachers, and staff.
All sessions will share a common theme: ‘Take care of yourself and each other.’
It’s a way of recognizing the resilience of school communities during this difficult year and offering some fun, engaging sessions on supporting mental wellness together.
Our students, parents/legal guardians, and staff are invited to access sessions live – as part of a virtual assembly or class – or to watch the recordings later, until mid-June.
