- Please register here as a "New Student" if the student is NOT currently attending a GSACRD school in the 2024/2025 school year.

- Please register here if the student is NOT currently attending a GSACRD school.
Please note: New students include those registering for Semester 2 of this current school year (2024/2025).

2025/2026 Registration: Register in Pre-K, Kindergarten, Grades 1-12, and apply for Transportation.
Current Student
Register for the NEXT school year - 2025/2026
- Please DO NOT fill out a New Student Registration as a notification email will be sent shortly to register for the next school year. Once you receive the email, you can log into your PowerSchool Parent Portal Account and complete a returning student registration online form.
Register for the CURRENT school year - 2024/2025
- Please contact the school directly if the student IS currently attending a GSACRD school and is transferring to a different GSACRD school.
How to Register
New Student Registration:
New students to GSACRD can enroll using the online enrollment system through PowerSchool. If you want to register for the current 2024/2025 school year, please register here. If you are registering for the new school year in 2025/2026, please complete registration here.
How do I enroll with PowerSchool?
1) Visit https://www.gsacrd.ab.ca/registration-information and select the grade and the year you are registering for.
2) Create an account in PowerSchool Enrolment.
3) Complete the Registration form in full and submit it. You will receive an email confirming your submission.
4) The school will review your student’s Registration form and contact you with further information.
Please note: Registration is not complete until the Registration Form has been completed, reviewed and approved by the School Principal and the school has received all supporting documentation. Some examples of supporting documents are Birth Certificates, Parental Court orders, and Fee Commitment forms for kindergarten or academy programs.
