Grades 1 - 12 Registration Information
Registrations are ongoing at Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools. For planning and funding purposes, student registration is encouraged by the end of March for the upcoming school year. We ask that all new students register at the school they will be attending as soon as possible to ensure a space in the program of their choice. Registrations are accepted until September 30th. Please call your preferred school for registration and program information.
In most cases, students attend the designated school within the attendance boundary of where they live see attendance areas below. While we try to accommodate all students wishing to attend Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools, there are occasions when non-resident students are not accepted to the school of their choice. If the school is full to capacity or non-resident students require special education services, they may be offered a choice to attend another school and may be required to pay a cross-boundary transportation fee, if a yellow bus service is required.
Registration over the summer months:
For New Student Registration over the summer months, please complete the New Student Registration form below. Principals will review New Student Registration forms that were completed over the summer at the end of August. Once the review is complete, you will receive an email indicating if your registration for the 2023-2024 school year has been accepted. If you have any further questions, please contact Division Office at 780-459-7711. Registrations are accepted until September 30th.
Registration Documents
For pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students, and for students new to Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools (including homeschooling and cyber school), legal proof of the student's name, residency and guardianship will be required when you register.
